Joine up with the REME in 1978 and served as a gun fitter (42 FTR GUN)then was posted to 7RHA and was a member of D Bty LAD. From there I went to ATDU at Bovington before being posted to 5 Innis DG in Osnabruck where I was attached to A Sqn. The Skins then left for the UK and were replaced by 4 RTR and I switched to D Sqn and finished with HQ Sqn prior to me leaving the service in 1988.
